Where you cut the bolts off then drilled/tapped new threads, didn't your engine come with an adapter plate that would have bolted right on the original holes for use on oversized frames? 🤔 The kits come with that option now, perhaps they didn't back when you bought yours.

When you sowed the master link clip being put on, it looked backwards. The round end of the clip should be forward of the open end of the clip in relation to the chain drive direction.

the chain joint lock pin was installed backwards... you must have lost it on the first ride lol... happenned to me XD

You've got a grey/green hardtail mountain bike right there....why would you chop up a rear suspension bike and change engine mounts ????? You could have fitted to the hardtail in half the time, less tools and without butchering a brand new engine 🤦♂️

That’s exactly what I thought. There were 2 or 3 other bikes there that would have been much easier to mount that motor to. Not only did he ruin a cool bike he created 3x the work.

It was great bicycle and you just killed it, and make yourself a slave for nothing. You could just get the right 26" V maximum space for the job ,,, about 50$
