Man, it's so fun to see these powerlifting videos come out of the channel again for the past few weeks / months. It's making me nostalgic for a few years ago when you were training with Thor, flipping over the deadlift bar with your figure-8 straps, etc. going for heavy weights on everything. I think Larry would benefit a lot from some mobility work. Tension in the hamstrings can cause extreme tension on the knee when squatting. Could be a cause of his pain.

I think it was either Chris duffin or Eric liliebridge said when wrapping your knees, you should start with the tail of the roll between your legs and wrap outwards. Since your legs are going outwards, so should your knee caps. If you wrap outwards, it keeps your knee caps in a safe position. If you wrap the other way, you can push your knee caps in and can cause a knee injury
