People are coming from other states looking for cheaper housing and jobs. I’m not a fan of apartments nor townhomes but people have to start somewhere

Let the good times roll! And traffic will certainly roll to a stop and start unless a great deal of planning is done ahead of construction. Also, most municipal P&Z Boards require developers to fund in/out accesses for such projects. Good job!

Ha! You’re right about that. This is going to turn a headache that started with Buc-ee’s into a migraine. People are not happy about this! You’ve got a city council that will approve just about anything, so there you go.
