It seems to me that you worry about what people put in the comments, but you’re the doctor you know what’s best. I don’t believe he is a doctor. He’s a certified and licensed audiologist, but he cannot perform surgery or write prescriptions for antibiotics or pain meds. He can recommend over the counter products that may help the patient until he or she can see an ENT specialist. He also always refers to himself as Mr. Neel, not as Dr. Neel.

Maybe try making a playlist for those interested in coming to your clinic? Include some of your older videos with suction sounds and some explaining different procedures? Its just an idea but maybe that'll help some? Or I know some pages have their "intro" to the channel video once you go to the channel. Maybe you could do a quick run down of what happens at the clinic, show the tools used, noises suction makes, etc. including anything you think necessary. So once people go to your channel it's the first thing they see.

If the referral was about Dr. Zhao in Beijing, I think he finds himself in an awkward position. Some patients have full medical insurance and they can go under GA, but lots have just enough money to see him, so he does what he can for them, but only with their concent will he carry on with their earwax removal. He is a decent man. Not many surgeons would go on holiday and find people have need of his services which he provided for free. Btw, Neel is an audiologist not a doctor guys. He fits hearing aids and does hearing tests for private patients, its not an NHS service.

This is really sad to hear as far as what this particular patient has been dealing with. Even in the beginning the bruising in the ear looks awful and extremely painful and the fact that it's expanding more and more is actually pretty scary. What happens if the person is unable to get to a clinic or they maybe can't afford to have this done?
