#84 Discussing Audible Original Impact Winter Seasons 1 & 2

Thanks for your review. Hope this gets released in my Country soon too. What i am wondering about is, you guys kinda "dancing" arround the explanation what this is "as a product". I dont know if it is something with my origin, but i kinda grew up whith such things. The easiest way (from production point of view) in the past was to take the Audio from a movie or episode of a series, do some cut here and there and put a narrator on top to explain things like "they moved on", "she cut here finger", and so on...We had this 30 years ago. But recently Audible (and other Companies) started to do this on a high quality purpose. Impact Winter is not released in my country yet, but maybe, as a 2nd example for such production, one could mention "The Sandman" (by Audible too). Anyway i tried to find a good translation for the word i know for such products and the only ones i found are "Audio Play" or "Radio Drama".

I don't know what you mean by we "danced around it"? We spent a fair amount of time on that point. I'm pretty sure we specifically referred to it as being similar to a radio drama, but yeah that's pretty much what it is. Hope it comes to your country soon! You could also use a VPN to get it as well if it's not available where you're at
