I couldn't agree more Mandy. I would think it would be uncomfortable for his patients as well to have him coughing repeatedly even with a mask. Our entertainment and being informed takes a big second.

Hi Dixie Rae, I Hope You're Well, Glad to see You back on here. Neel only coughs when He speaks, His Vocal Chords need a Rest, which is hard to do, as He is Teaching His Clearwax Students. He's been making videos everyday, sometimes twice, and works the weekends Teaching His Clearwax Course. I Hope He gets a Rest at Christmas/New Year.

Left ear: When the patient moves during the procedure, I'm pretty sure they move their head AWAY from your probe, so why do you need to move out of the ear? Secondly, you state that there's nothing you can do to stop the non-migration of the skin from the ear-drum where it's formed, but yet you leave the dead skin tag here on the drum itself, thereby virtually guaranteeing that the new skin formed here will definitely NOT move off the drum! Would you not think that an attempt at least should have been made to remove this skin tag?

I was born with cholesteatoma ear disease, i had my first invasive surgery at age 20. The disease had eaten the elbow or hammer bone away completely and my ear drum had no pocket. It actually fell below my ear canal. 5 invasive surgeries later, its better as far as the smell, drainage, etc.. but i do regret my last surgery.

When the patient quickly moves, don't they move AWAY from you and the instrumentation? In which case, why do you need to move away as well? Or, do patient's actually move toward the painful stimulus?

Does the patient have an immune deficiency by chance? IGA controls the mucosal linings in the body, so if he doesn't know any other reason for the sudden change, might want to get it checked out, especially if he also has sinus, stomach or joint issues as well

Devora, You've peaked my Interest! I Love to Recommend Yakult, Actimel, Natural LIVE Yoghourt, Activia Yoghurt to Boost the Immune System. They Contain Bifidus, Beneficial to the gut, which is where the Immune System is. I Always take them regularly, a month or two before an Operation.

Though, dairy can Cause too much mucous in the body, it depends, and also on How much is eaten. Too much Sugar, White Flour, and Dairy, can cause an Excess of mucous, catarrh. I had sinus issues in my 20's, then an overgrowth of yeast, much later, a heart problem, diabetes and cancer. I Believe the Major Cause was my love of Sugar and Carbohydrates. If I quit sugar, I turn to carbs. Don't forget they also contain sugar, in varying degrees.

I’ve just been wondering, you obviously have to be very careful not to scrape the skin inside the ear, so why not make the suction pipe out of plastic or polymer or some soft material? Same with the other tools, I’m sure they could be sterilised? Just an odd thought!

It's very different what is in people's ears and it matters which country they are from. I can't stand blackhead videos but when they show up in my feed I can also see those with the giant ones are from the same countries. I always wonder because I've never met anyone in my country with huge ones like this or the whole face full of them or even small ones. I asked my daughter can you take a look behind my ear, just wanted to be sure. I like Mr. Neel's white skin ones:)

So, it’s generally not recommended to duct tape the patient’s head to the chair to prevent movement? It’s really good I don’t have your job! Just watching these fills me, on the one hand, with calm benevolent feelings-but on the OTHER HAND maniacal obsessive compulsive urges to ‘damn the patient, GET IT OUT!’ (Sigh)

That cellophane-like skin is hard to see and must be devilish to remove because it shreds so easily. The left ear was a mess and a challenge to your skills, which were never in doubt. What is problematic is your own health. Please take care. Your viewers do not need so many videos when your voice is exhausted.
