I couldn't celebrate my 850K subs in Thailand so I brought GIANT tiger prawns from Na Klua Market in Pattaya to eat in Denmark. I made a savory papaya salad (som tam) with crab juice, shrimp paste and all kinds of Thai-Danish veggies, including multi-colored radishes. Let's see if they all taste the same! The papaya salad is super spicy! My first time bringing prawns from Thailand and there are stink beans, too.
