I have to say I just love how you are both such different people but you love each other so much. It’s a really cool bond to say and It reminds people that we don’t have to all be the same to have community.

Natalie, I love the piece you said about ultimately things work out. Yes, life can be tough and there is challenges, but I think it's important to stay hopeful 💜

2:16 Deepti, I’m gonna hold your hand when I say this… the Equator goes through Ecuador, Venezuela, and Brazil. Texas is close to the Tropic of Cancer lol

I'm the same about the cold, Natalie. I was born and raised in Minnesota and moved as soon as I was an adult. I'm always cold, and people say, "Aren't you from Minnesota?" I reply, "Yeah, that's why I left."

i think for older generations it wasnt just “oh your job is to get married” but bc it was so limited what a woman was able/allowed to do, it was simply “to have financial security (and be socially accepted) you need to get married” and i feel like this is the root of the whole urge regarding getting married for women. it used to be a financial decision and so it was decided as early as possible and i think people forget the roots of this “tradition” and only remember that oh my ancestors were all married and with kids by the age of 20 etc etc so thats what you gotta do to bc thats the normal thing to do and god save you from deviating from the norm

There are proteins in your sweat and the bacteria on your skin break down those proteins. When they break down it releases a smell. This is the same process for people that have the mutated gene, but the protein is different. When it breaks down it doesn’t release a smell.

I’m thinking the same Deepti - no way anyone can live up to peak Stassi Schroeder 😢 The new VPR will be an interesting watch for sure. I’m wondering if they’ll move over more people to The Valley

Dating in 40s is terrible. Those guys who are now divorced are scarred n have adult children and possibly grand children.

Korean here vouching for Natalie 😂 I think our obsession with ear wax comes from our moms digging into our ears when we’re young with a tiny spoon. I don’t know one single Korean that didn’t have this done by their moms lol! I just have fond memories of laying on my mom’s lap and having her clean my ears 🥹❤️ it kinda feels like you’re getting your scalp scratched or something hahaah also I think I bought one deodorant in my life and haven’t even used half of it. I should probably toss it cause it’s 99999 years old 🤢 lol

In China you can eat your ears PROPER cleaned out with a camera out on the street and people will stop to watch the inside of other people's dirty ears (Including me) on large TVs. Getting your ears properly cleaned out is next level relief but a bit uncomfortable. I'm Asian too and am a regular ear cleaner (it's also white and dry) ✌️
