My brother died of സൈലന്റ് attack whille sleeping night. 45 days before his death he underwent health checkup, BP, cholestrol, sugar level all normal. ECG, TMT test normal . No over weight,. No stress, and no history of heart disease in family. Daily walk one kilometr. No other disease detected or symptoms shown. Then how silent attack occured.
