Yes, his drawings are indeed stunning...but I was looking at the drawing, then looking at the shots of the actual wall and stove/stair area...looks like he may have been a little too optimistic of the width of the area in the drawing...looks like in practice, the stairs will have to be fairly steep, and only room for one of the firewood storage areas due to the room being so narrow...@@Theguys1

Good morning from sunny Colorado! The leaves are turning color here, but it's still warm and dry during the day. I envy a bit of your rain. We could certainly use some moisture. I hope you get your chimney/fireplace finished before the first snow. It would be nice to move into the house with some creature comforts although your tent seems to be far better than most. The system is remarkable in its design. I've been to the Minnesota fabricators, as I helped a friend install one several years ago. He and his partner love it, and both took up daily baking in the oven portion. They melt away North Dakota winters, which are harsh.

Another beautifully constructed video, Martijn. It's fascinating to watch your stove come together. Not knowing the first thing about how stoves and chimneys need to be constructed to be safe, I'm really enjoying seeing the slow building-up of the various layers, and your explanations about what you're doing and why. This is what a polymath looks like everyone. A modern day artist, architect, builder, craftsman, philosopher, intellectual.
