You and I learn very similarly, Elliot hahahah I've been playing for 11 years and can't read sheet music either. I learn by ear. When I'm learning something, my piano teacher plays a little bit of it and I try to play it back.. And that's how it is hahah..Not a lot of people can do what you do... Its a gift.. Never let it go

Same! Except I do both, I tend to use my ear more but I also use sheet music. But my ear is naturally good so I like to use it! For fiddle in bands I normally just use my ear and play along. He does have a special gift.
