Headlight and hood gaps are always fun on these cars. You adjust one gap and all the others change lol 😜👍🏽

Tape thing has been around a while. But I am sure there are plenty who do not know it. Thanks for sharing it for others. As a mechanic for more years that I like to count( over 50) there are a lot of tricks that are not known by others. Great job MrHevyShevy!

Rubber bands work too. But just try finding a rubber band when you need one, just try.

I changed my passenger acuator motor once on my 83, and now it likes to go through acuator relays about once a year lol. I remove that lower bolt from the bottom underneath , or with a long extension

He's ba-ack. Well I hope you had a blast at Ol Waylon's place. Looks like you made it home, as you put out a new video. Heck I guess you could have done it on the road.. I see you got the Ol Rand McNally road tripping guide out. Can't wait to see the video or videos. God bless you and your loved ones Godspeed

Your nut and bolt storage system is just like mine. They stay nice and clean cuz all the dust and dirt gets dumped out every time you search for a bolt....

I always keep threaded rod around for such occasions. Weld on a nut and instant bolt whatever length you need.

Nice to see ya made it back. What'd think of ol' Wershinton state? I live in the SW corner, probably 3-4 hours from Waylon.

It’s a fine place. I could live there. Expensive though.

"clean the fingerprints off it..." Black cars are gorgeous and this car is no exception. BUT, they have to be cleaned regularly and often or they look terrible, AND every imperfection is highly visible. I'll probably never buy another black car.

I found it wasn’t the motor that went bad. It was the 2 dollar relay.. I’ve done d9zens like that plus my own car.

Hey any tips on how to get the headlight to even open up? They don't open when I try to use the button on the dash and they don't open up manually, using the knobs under the hood.
@MrHevyshevy Жыл бұрын
Have to take it apart and put new parts in there.
