The Machine gets stabbed, but lives and relocates to New York finding goofy friends along the way, deals with a disgruntled postal worker, convinces some old people that he's their son, can hold a job long enough before leaving, and has a wallet that has one to many items inside.

On a (tangentially) related note, I just watched "Fallen Angel" for the first time since I was a kid in the early 80s! Even more disturbing content, but it was a TV movie! I didn't know who the cast were at the time, but now that I've seen it again so recently, I have more respect for Dana Hill (RIP), Melinda Dillon, Ronny Cox, and Richard Masur for being brave enough to tackle such disturbing content! Great film to begin 2024! Can't wait for more!
