I am the resident who is living on this property block complex. My mom and I put down payment down for this condo in 2022. And its meant to be her retirement home. We live on unit around the block at Falconhead lane. The meeting last night was outraged. We as resident were very angry. 168% increasing in HOA without any clear explanation is just … not right. The president of this HOA board does not care at all. Instead of confronting and calming people and figure out how we resolve this, he was ready to pick a fight and go toe on toe with any resident who show the frustration. If anybody read this text, please pass on the words to help us. So our voice can be heard. I am just a 9-5 with my mom on 1099. And this is basicly whole saving of our hard work. 😢😢😢. I've seen this in other places. That land is being deemed as desirable for someone else and the only way to push people out covertly is via HOA increases. The whole project will likely be placed for sale. The truth will come out when the buyer of the entire community is revealed.

I'm in Sedona, Az been in my condo for 45 years and my HOA is half what these residents pay. We have no amenities, but who cares? We have our own HOA board of residents so we earmark funds for long term repairs. The money is there when we need it.

I have an HOA that was $250 a month and we had to raise it three times totaling $450 a month. It sounds crazy but it needed to be done to keep up with inflation , services, and maintenance. We don’t even have a pool like this place does.

I live in a large HOA in California with approximately 1230 units and a 27 hole golf course. Our assessments have increased from $630.00 per month in 2019 to $954.00 today. The reasons are as follows; our insurance has tripled, the water bills for the golf course and common areas has increased nearly 4 times, electric rates have skyrocketed, salaries for staff to run this giant bureaucracy have gone up due to minimum wage increases mandated by the state, natural gas and sewer fees have increased as well, outside contractors fees for specialty repairs have increased tremendously. Yes, we hate the increases, but where are we supposed to go and live cheaper? I can't leave California as my family is here and we need them due to our old age. Don't be so quick to criticize HOAs in general without knowing all the facts. Just like voting in elections, find out EXACTLY what is going on before your vote against your own interests.

I stop paying and won all back, I’d paid, since 1992. It’s starts with taking your property back from the State and correcting your status in your citizenship on many levels, then ye are afforded due process in law to sue. You have to do it yourself.
