Seems to be the case with all the simulations I've seen on KZbin between China and America, including one on a South China Sea conflict. The Chinese missiles always have some kind of problem that causes them to miss and explained away by 'better quality control and experience' and the American AMRAAMS always hit when fired. The plot armor is real here as this 'deficiency' is based on pure speculation. I'm interested to see a scenario where these silly nerfs are turned off.

The F-35 was always to replace the F-16, Harriers and F-18s. The F-22 was the F-15s replacement but due to soaring costs they never continued with procurement.

Yeah Boeing payoffs...btw this video is F15+AWACS not F15... essentially they skewed the fight in a way which China and Russia specifically have counters for in the form of 400km range anti-awacs missiles. Guessing he tried it without AWACS and got beaten.

Awesome! I'm still learning how to fly the eagle on flaming cliffs 2, and I never know what the best thing to do when the enemy is jamming on my radar, especially when flying in night time. Why did you decide to dive down and decrease altitude when they started to jamming? I would like to find more videos explaining this better.

F-15 and J-11B both have a huge RCS, both have used jamming in this combat but only the AIM120 hit their 8 target despite the fact that chineses J-11B use AESA radar and PL15 is also an advanced missile with great range missed all shots. Funny uh, but it happens

@@Xiphactinus let’s be real, the Chinese don’t make anything good enough to go toe to toe with any world power . This is why they’re not bought by other countries. They are one of the last options and are only bought because of low budgets. Made in China has its reputation for a reason. That’s not to say they can’t be dangerous, but this is the result I always imagined in a scenario like this 💪🇺🇸🕊

This is player vs computer/not as well trained player? Pretty sure our channel hosts here could do the reverse (ie. Two J11a against 8 Eagles). Obviously that wouldn’t be a very patriotic thing to do. I guess it also depends on which variants. The early J-11s still doesn’t have AESA on early variants whilst you certainly have them on F15/EX. As a matter of fact, early J11s are pretty close to original Su-27 and are known to be weak BVR fighters.

@GS you always use "bandits" in your calls or at text on screen, but in most cases it should be "hostiles" I think ^^ As far as I could find it: "Hostile" refers to an identified unfriendly aircraft which fighters are cleared to engage (ie, shoot down). "Bandit" refers to an identified unfriendly aircraft which is currently not engaging or being engaged in combat, can only be engaged after clearance or through self defense, thous becoming a "Hostile".

It sends the same frequency back to the receiver to nullify any radar returns. Kinda like shining a flashlight in someone's face so they can't see.
