The writers have really gone in the wrong direction with Buck and Eddie in this season. Their friendship was the best part about this show and SO many fans wanted to see it evolve into more. Even if it never did, taking the focus off their friendship kind of sucks.

I agree, but no matter what way the writers go with the show, keep in mind how much Buck have went through with Eddie's son they totally disrespected Buck! Having him mis this milestone.
