I 'm up at 3:30 & working out by 4:15-ish. Love it. Primarily kettlebells, body weight exercises, dips, etc. I'm 48, workout pretty much every day, can't speak highly enough about the mental benefit of it. Great video.

Damn! I workout 5 to 6 times per week, sometimes 2 times per day mixing running with weight training and HIIT, I do Intermittent Fasting (16/8) every day, drink lots of water, eat half of what he eats per day and cleaner and I'm struggling with my weight for months and having a hard time losing all the belly fat. And he just looks amazing, lean and strong. I know genetics can have a big part in body composition and metabolism, but damn, don't know what else I can do to be leaner and in better shape. It seems what he eats doesn't affect him or his weight. 🤔
