I totally agree with you on that middle section. Should’ve been another pyramid set. I didn’t do that session but it even looked odd when I checked it out on Zwift. Nice job staying consistent with your training 👍

@@alexreader you’re doing a great job of it! I’m slacking for sure. Been dealing with a left foot metatarsal issue. Hope to see a podiatrist soon…ugh😬

@@hammmer55 still no better? 👎guessing you've tried lots of things for it

It’s also better structure-wise. There is a general rule with structured training that you dont mix the things up.

@@alexreader It has good days and bad days 😆. Talked to several professionals in the medical field. It’s one of two things, foot neuroma or a metatarsal issue. Both somewhat similar, I think. So I see my primary doctor Thursday so I can get a referral to a podiatrist (stupid healthcare lol).. tried lots of different things, but it’s not going away….I’m staying positive about it👍

It's funny I did this workout #5 couple days ago, and to me the workout #4 is the hardest so far.

The intervals or the longer efforts? That's interesting I found 4/5 quite similar!

@@alexreader the longer efforts when I had to ride 10 minutes of low zone 4 was wearing me out. (average HR Bpm 171 and highest hr was 191 😅😅)

@@timotius 🤣 yeah that was tougher than the 7 minute section in this workout ha. Working hard 🤣🔥
