Notre Dame - Michigan State: Best finish of 2010 Mark Dantonio and "Little Giants": gutsiest call Brad Nessler: most ironic statement ("it'll be a pretty good night for Mark Dantonio") [hours before Coach D had a heart attack...glad to see he came out of it OK]
@dacrazedtoews1011 жыл бұрын
at 6:49, dantoni is telling him the play, and look at how they walk away from him nervous about the play. and then at 8:52 the announcer said it will be a good night for dantonio, and later that night, he had a heart attck.

@notredameswarrior1 awwwwwww someone sounds bitter! let me break it down for you: between one second and two seconds, there are these things called hundredths of seconds. get this: they are also in between the numbers 0 and 1. It counts as a full second. The refs know this which is why it wasn't called. No cheating. You lost. You got beat and in dramatic fashion, too. And I laaaaaaughed and laaaaughed and laaaaughed.

hate to be that guy but there should have been a delay of game call
@seanwalters81059 жыл бұрын
Nope, all that matters is the time on the head ref's watch. Teams have until he blows the whistle from the time on his watch to run a play, regardless of what ESPN's clock or even the stadium clock say. this play was also reviewed after the game and no fault was found with the call.

Stop acting like poor sport and think about what you say before you decide to post on here of what sounds pretty typical of course, and besides ESPN is not the official play clock according to the play clock rules. It's the scoreboard, not the company of a TV show or channel referees don't rely on.
@Julian567011 жыл бұрын
Notre Dame was the worst 12-0 team I have ever seen

@Lettich340712 жыл бұрын
Ah, not staying on the topic I see.
@Lettich340712 жыл бұрын
I've said it once, and I'm going to say it again. That ESPN clock is not the clock the referees are relying on just because the clock went all zero on that one, but the other one on the scoreboard had about 0.81 under ten of a second left of expiration is the actual clock. Live with the facts and stop complaining because its getting real old. To be honest it doesn't really matter.

@grumpypoof96488 жыл бұрын
This has been explained to death over and over. The referee looks at the clock and when it hits zero he looks at the ball and if it's moving, then it's not delay of game. That was explained in this game right away, and it's been explained in a lot of other games too.
