why in filament lamp when temp increase, it is harder for charge to flow but for diode it increases charge carrier?

Can somebody please explain how increased conductivity leads to lower resistance? Obviously number of charge carrier (electrons) increases but wouldn't that increase the electrons-electrons and electron-cation collision? so wouldn't that lead to higher resistance? This is regarding the part of "thermistor"

I think it's because that they are made of "semi-conductors"; as such, the property of the material is different than that of a metallic conductor. In which they tend to possess a higher resistance at normal state but release more charge carriers when energy (can be thermal) is added to them, so more delocalised electrons can freely move and carry charge. This might also explain why LEDs have lower resistance when the light intensity becomes high
