I bought my stabilizers online. But you don’t need stabilizer if you have 2.5 to 3 hp outboard motor. I used stabilizer because my 9.8 hp motor, not mean to use on such a small kayak. My little kayak has a lot of modifications on it in order to use with large and heavy outboard motor. I hope this will help you. Thank you for watching my video.

Are your blue stabilizing hulls upside down?

Yes they are but in his latest video he says he has to flip them upside so he can get up on plane

What’s your top speed?

20 MPH was my top speed but I felt like it wasn’t safe to go beyond that. At 17-18 MPH it’s safe for this kayak, but a kayak stabilizer is required to prevent the kayak from flipping.
