My headcanon is that Jack from Jupiter is going to be a guy in a rubber suit who started his career as an actor of a 90s TV series that started to flop after Vought bought it in the TV show. I read Garth Ennis's full run of Hellblazer, and also the entire run of Preacher but never read the boys. It seems like Garth didn't even try when coming up with abilities for most of the supes, just generic super strength, flight, and durability only with varying degrees. Seems lazy.
