The best way to show property to your real estate clients is to be prepared, personable, and focused on their needs. Here are a few tips:
Before the showing, prepare the property by making sure it is clean, organized, and presentable. Dress professionally and appropriately for the property and the client.
Arrive early to the property to ensure everything is in order and to have time to set up any marketing materials or technology you may need. Be friendly, approachable, and personable to put your clients at ease.
Let your clients lead the tour and ask questions to better understand their needs and preferences. Provide information about the property and the surrounding area, and answer any questions your clients may have.
Focus on the features of the property that are most important to your clients, such as the layout, the view, or the location. Use technology to enhance the showing, such as virtual tours, 3D renderings, or property videos.
After the showing, follow up with your clients to get their feedback and answer any additional questions they may have, building trust and demonstrating your commitment to their satisfaction.

I know it's not really the same thing, but I loved being a leasing agent, it's just a different category. Lately when I remember having been in leasing, it makes me want to try showing houses. I was always honest. My managers got great feedback on me.

Realty Maybe take a real estate course to see if I can get my foot in the door, if not, then yeah, perhaps leasing again. It's really an assistant type position but the assistant is usually the first to help applicants which is what I liked doing, and showing property - also helping tenants. The managers are good for resolving issues & disputes, corporate visits, & other behind the scenes drama, lol. Thanks for the video.

Is it often there is somebody in the house that is supposed to be shown?
@USRealtyTraining
@USRealtyTraining 3 жыл бұрын
That depends on how well the realtor does at marketing the house. If the listing agent has done their job, they should have people scheduling showings. Keep in mind, someone will always want to schedule a showing before they purchase. That way they see what they're getting themselves into ahead of time. Hope this answered your questions and please let me know if you have any other questions!

Hello and thanks for these great and informative videos. I am a new agent and just got setup with Supra. What's the proper etiquette when showing a property? Do I need to contact the listing agent beforehand? Or do I just show up and unlock the lockbox?

Has this man not heard of a gps
@USRealtyTraining
@USRealtyTraining 2 жыл бұрын
I don't know about any of you, but even with a GPS a house can be hard to find. You may accidentally take the wrong road, you might get no reception (in the mountains or desert, like in SoCal), or your phone could think you're on a road nearby and tell you to correct your direction. There's a lot of small things that can happen. Sure, it might not always happen, but planning out your routes just helps you worry about one less thing. Also, driving around a neighborhood without a GPS just makes you look like you know the area all the more better! Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
