I looked it up. This block is in Barbara Brackman's book and is called Virginia Reel or Zig Zag. It is cute!

It looks like four arrows pointing. "Which Way Did They Go" may be a better name. Another name could be "All Around The Block". It's a nice block no matter what the name is. thank you.
