I've just had a total hip replacement 6 weeks ago, and might be experiencing #9 saphenous nerve irritation. Does it eventually go away on its own? I really do enjoy these informative videos, great work!

Okay thank you. I'm leaning more towards my injury being the saphenous nerve. I have knee pain, but its not too bad. There's a little swelling, but on the inside ankle. The bottom of my foot goes in and out of a numbing sensations. Also, at night I can feel discomfort in my hip as well.

I Remember th Doc asking how do I Walk w/a torn ACL (Had a toddler). I just learned Not2 put My leg all the way back.

its been like three weeks since i hurt my knee and its still swollen but not how it was before, but i can walk up and go downstairs and i used to limp now i dont and i do not have constant pain only here and there but when i had the injury i heard like a crack but it hurt for like a few seconds then i walked it off but i can straighten out my knee i just cant bend it back fully i dont know what it would be.

Hi Doctor, What would you recommend for tenosynovitis that involves abductor longus and the extensor pollicis brevis tendons (appearance consistent with de quervain tenosynovitis.?? Can I prevent steroid injections?

I’m still trying to recover from my knee injury, the only thing that hurts really bad now is trying to go upstairs. Downstairs no problem, walking no problem, but I forget and go upstairs, within a few stairs my knee is killing me.
