I just wanted to say I am really grateful for this channel's videos. They helped me realize how some people in my life are just toxic, things I go through aren't normal, and I wasn't doing okay in truth. It also helped me know what to tell my friends who struggle. It increased my interest in psychology and I enjoy watching less serious videos, (eg, What Dreams Say) and how to be more approachable and improve my days (like this video). The videos also help me know what to write to make my story ideas more realistic (Like some things I haven't been through personally like relationships) and healthy and unhealthy ways to get my OC through tough times. Also, Ik this comment is really random but I woke up today and I felt a bit better than usual until my mother told me I started off my life looking always smiling and bright but now I look moody and unapproachable (People who know me say I'm kind, so I don't want to lose that to increasing mental health issues.), so I just felt like writing that paragraph.

personnally i've found myself feeling more positive by finding beauty in tiny moments. it doesn't have to be something special and you don't have to find beauty in everything all the time. but you know from time to time take a breath, look around and find something that you find beautiful. a landscape, someone's laugh, a song...whatever it may be, try to find it a bit more often. it worked for me so perhaps it'll work for you ^^

6) Something I do that is similar, but quite different, is everyday I try to add 1-2 things I want to get done to a list... not any to complete at any specific time, just something to do. I don't always do everything, or everything in a specific order, it's just something I look to when I'm feeling... lost... or... if I can't think of what to do... And it's not always something big like knitting a sweater, or cleaning the house... sometimes it's just to relax, or make some tea, or to even just be in the moment. If you want to do this and you feel it's overwhelming needing to think of what to add to the list, or there are too many things then just relax... tear out the page... delete the reminder... erase what's too much. - or simply add the easiest of things like to drink water, or to text someone and ask them how their day was... hope this helped!❤❤🧡🧡💛💛💚💚💙💙💜💜

It´s so great to try having a good day even though 98% of my days are garbage. The joy of living with your toxic family who always reminds you how ungrateful, negative and lazy you are. I don´t think I´ll ever be happy, I don´t even remember what it feels like. I want to help people, make them feel better, compliment them but it´s one sided. Being touch starved and lonely are also two of the most awful states i´ve ever been in. My mother always asks when I complain : "What else do you need?" .... Being accepted for once in my life would be nice. Having someone apologize because they hurt me... lots of things. Being told I´m enough but no, traumatized people are always the problem, not the traumatizers. I am not meant to have friends anymore, I think.

Dear Psy2go! Thank you for your amazingly helpful video! I'm so grateful that you create this high quality ones, which makes us happy and more sensible, mature. I would like to shake my story and experiences in a hope that will also help someone who hasn't start non of the exercices that you mentioned. Some month ago I though about all those things almost just from my mind and i practise it since them. I feel much more happiness in my daily life, truly. I hadn't believe in all when i started but it assisted me to improve and do my best, as i can. I think pay attention and give your energy in it worth it totally, cause you will slowly or faster see the positive result of it. So have a great day, health and luck and really, give it try as they said! You are a special treasure just like all of us!

I'm near to dialysis again and so much people tell me something like " that's bad, you poor thing, what a shame your transplant kidney didn't made it so long". I always respond with: "Every day without the machine is a good one and I had 4 years without it. And if tomorrow is another day without the machine then this will be a good day, too." So I would add 10: Try to look at thing positively.

There is this girl at my school I think she is a manipulator. She says random inappropriate stuff and throws fits when she doesn’t get her way. She targets people who are not on her side and says stuff to them to freaks them out. for example, this one time she touched me aggressively, and when I told the teacher, she started crying like she was the innocent one. she has also said many rude things to me and other people. This got so bad one of my friends left the school because of her. we’re also often placed together because we are both special ed and I am also one of her targets. I don’t know what to do I would like your opinion.
@dianafoster78837 ай бұрын
I'm not sure what advice to give you on how to interact with this girl, but just knowing that this is a temporary problem should help you to cope. She will be out of your life once your school days are over and maybe sooner. By the way, your writing skills are very good. I never would have guessed that you are a special Ed student based on the way you expressed yourself in writing here! Wishing you the best in life! @pumpkin5541 ❤

Now I'm not drinking that much, because obviously, bathrooms for female at school are very occupied.
