If you pause it at 1:39 you can see the the bacon is not fully cooked on this roll. That is what frustrates me about this channel. They are not fully accurate or truthful about cooking times and temperatures. I made the bacon/garlic/chicken/Alfredo pull apart bread from another video and the cooking time was almost double what the video said. The first one I made was completely raw in the middle. I even had an oven thermometer (to make sure I was using the temp they said) in my oven because I know that they are often wrong about cooking times.

If anyone makes the potato roll, like I did, make sure your potato slices are thoroughly rinsed and patted dry. I had a problem with the potatoes adhering to the parchment. What I salvaged was delicious. Avoid my mistake. Also, on the web, search portion sizes and calories. A lot of these delicious foods are hefty in calories. The potato roll is a decent, calorie per serving meal.
