Love how you're quick, to the point, not flashy and you explain proper movement, where it should burn and you turn to show different angles. Really, everything was perfect and my arms are burning 👍🏻

Hey Andrea, this is one of the best arms workout I have tried so far. Since one month I do it regularly and I have noticed improvement EVEN of my posture. I believe the lack of popularity of this workout and the whole youTube channel is due to the quite low video and sound quality and if you work a bit on that, you can get for sure more subscribers. All body parts are every other day. If it's sore, that muscle hasn't healed enough to do it again and you won't see benefits so don't think you're being tough by doing it anyways.

nice instruction- I do not like that you did started with shoulder work -I would wait till I was warmed up-and work on other muscle groups first. I would not suggest using weights to anyone who has chronic pain-

Hi! I know this post (and video) are super old and I do agree with you IF you are using heavier weights! Then you'd def need a warmup!
