I've been following you for over 3 years. At 71, I was using 2 lbs but about 9 months ago started using 5 lbs. It's great, my nephew said my arms look "cut".... ha ha! I do have "batwings" not too bad tho. Along with your videos and aerobic, dance and kick boxing videos plus Intermittent Fasting and eating Keto, I've gone from XL 18/20 to Petite M 8/10, closing in on S. I'm almost 70 and think I will likely always have batwings but hopefully they aren't as bad as they once were as a result of following Annie's arm workouts. My (newest) goal is to do one per day, starting at the bottom of her playlist and working up. Right now, there are 82 arms videos on the list, so that gives me enough for a while.

I’m 66 😲 and used to be a 4 times a week exerciser but back surgery changed that. So that was 2 years ago and starting to get “bat wings”, or so I heard that’s the name & trying to exercise my arms - glad I found you so I subscribed and hoping I can tone them. I have done this workout three times now. The first time I used 3kg weights, and could really feel the burn. My triceps were a little sore the next day, which is great because it’s working 💪 I’m definitely going to keep this up.

I used 3 lb. weights, but that's good because usually I use 2 lbs. This was a good, quick workout for a busy day. It was all about the shoulders today!

Thank you! I just found this one and did it too with 2# weights. I’m going to get some 3# and 4# weights. BTW, your shoulders look bigger than 2 yrs ago. You look great! If you haven’t been working out it sure doesn’t show. We are often not the best judges of our own looks, etc. Believe me, there will come a day that you’ll see photos of yourself and think, omg I had a rockin bod! Enjoy and appreciate your youth now. We don’t expect art to be perfect so why would we think we should be.💖
