Thanks for sharing! Really helpful for shadowboxing. I was wondering what is the difference between the shovel hook and the lead uppercut?

Shovel hook comes at an angle from 8 o'clock to 2 oclock. Lead uppercut comes directly upward from 6 to 12 o'clock

Hello to the best phone 4 pound boxing trainer and fitness trainer on KZbin hello Jason I see all the hard work that you're doing it makes me want to work that much harder to do what I want to do I walking his gotten better I'm still a little slow and I'm still walking with a walker but I'm getting better and just look at progress I'm making progress I work out everyday for at least an hour and a half I'm really pushing hard by the way things are going I'll be on a walking stick in eight months from today stay positive my friend and good things will happen to you. Give me your predictions on the Caleb plant Canelo Alvarez fight coming up this weekend I like Caleb in this fight I think he's very hungry fighter he's very fast I think Canelo is 2 old I mean they say that he's young but he's been fighting since he was 15 years old that's a lot of mileage on that body I look for Caleb plant to win by decision
@PrecisionBoxing3 жыл бұрын
Great to hear from you Kenny! Thank you and congrats on your hard work as well. I think Plant will have a good start, but once Canelo starts to close the gap and apply pressure it will be too much for him. I say a late stoppage. 10-11 round. Win for Canelo
