It’s wild the amount of weight people will throw on a bar and then execute their lift with the shittiest form. You can really hurt yourself if you do deadlifts with your back rounded over with that much weight.

Only if you don't train for it. If you train it from the start then their spine just has more mobility than yours. Don't blanket statement things, often the answer is a little more nuanced.
