Video request! I’m debating 3 under 3 or being done with two, due to my age. But I like getting out with the two I have fairly often and I’m worried 3 under 3 would be impossible to really leave the house or grocery shop etc. I’d love to hear your tips and see the struggles/strategies you use when trying to do basic errands, being at a playground, etc. Or what types of outings are just off the table with all three and just you. ❤

I set a timer for outside time for my kids from 20mins to an hour depending on the weather. It gives them enough time to actually start playing and not just come right back in. Then the they usually want to play outside even longer!

I have tried this too! In the recent weather we’ve had they’ve been miserable after 10 mins though.. so I’ve been having to call it pretty early 😂

We’re in the season of postpartum after 3 in 3 years and hitting my longest stage of postpartum. Its weird for us watching that gap widen because we know there will be a fourth, but now is not the right time because of big life changes going on with the Lord’s timing in all of it.

Sounds like we’re in the exact same boat!! Totally agree on it feeling weird watching the gap widen - but trusting that Jesus knows what’s best for us and welcoming the pause for now 🤍🤍

This is me too! We've had three kids in 37 months and now we will likely not have another for about 2.5 years. It feels crazy to go so long without another baby but I'm trying to find the exciting parts of it too.

The baby pause is a weird feeling! I've had 3 in 3 years and we won't have more until my husband finishes grad school, so another 2.5 years. Our biggest gap yet!

I can’t wait to feel that way about being postpartum with the next baby I’m about to have. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and my older two are less than 2 1/2 and second is just turning 1! Now I will have a newborn here in April. I can’t wait to be postpartum and it to just be me. I’m hoping I won’t get pregnant anytime soon after baby comes 😅

Timeline is definitely not colic related! Mine were sitting at 4 and 5 months, crawling at 6 months and walking at 10 and 11 months. Both had horrific reflux. They seemed determined to sit and move as so uncomfortable otherwise!

I highly recommend you to get a personal color analysis before you spend too much money in coloured clothes that won’t highlight your beauty. You also feel more confident shopping because you will know which color is a good choice to wear and what is not. I also have a 9 months old baby and she also doesn’t crawl yet (in all 4s), she wasn’t a colic baby and loved tummy time. She has been teaching me to be patient. However, she does army crawl and was doing asymmetrically. I got her to a chiropractor and since then we’ve been doing a couple exercises to stimulate her body and brain to do so… it has improved a lot!

I kinda feel the opposite of you. Our first was a surprise that was several years early. We're only now making plans to get pregnant again and it feels weird knowing soon we have that huge change in our lives. 😊

The not crawling or sitting to stand can also be because of the Torticollis. My youngest had Torticollis (more severe) but it did cause a delay.

I just had Norovirus as well and Im 9 months postpartum. It was so brutal. thankfully, my husband and I didnt have it at the same time, otherwise it would have been so difficult taking care of the baby.

I remember you saying your first two didn’t get teeth until really close to or maybe even after 1. I had never heard of that happening before you said it, and now my daughter is 10 month old with no teeth 😂 is Rosie following that trend too? Just curious 😊

Hahaha yup. No teeth over here at 9 months! Our first got them at 10 months and our second didn’t get them until 14 months!!!

@@EmS33333 4 months! She had a really hard time with latching (high palette and posterior tongue tie). One day she just wouldn’t latch anymore at all - and I went to a few different lactation consultants and tongue tie specialists, but I couldn’t get her to latch again after that day so it made the decision for me haha
