Paul is such an amazing actor, I love how his performances really engage with the audience because he too has no soul. It's kind of ironic how both of the key points that "make the world tick" don't even remotely describe how he acts. Also, notice how he's always staring at the camera man and not into the camera itself, maybe that camera guy owes him money? Or he's being held at gunpoint and forced to read off lines to a crap training video? I love this channel.

yes. He seems to have done these videos for a long time. He is a professional actor as well so I suppose they hired him as it's someone with railway qualifications and is fairly well known.
