I have mine set up through the aux output but the issue I am having is after I make a call or after I answer a call the the sound goes off on whatever I was listening to and I have to go back to the Home Screen again and select an app either radio, Spotify etc in order to get the sound back. Is there a quick solution for this. Thanks

Hi. I have personally not tested it for a long time, but this screen is designed to work in extreme temperatures. There is an option of setting the brightness to Auto mode.

Got the same issue but for different model. I got the 9 inch RC13. Does work for my wife iphone or mine. Sometimes it’s connected, sometimes it’s not. When it’s not connected, I need to format the sdcard and factory reset.

It doesnt impact CarPlay functionality. CarPlay in general is more or less the same on all these screens. Carpuride is definitely a superior screen

Honestly I’m looking for a basic carplay for navigation, I don’t see the point of getting those android HU since it won’t be oem and messes with my steering control. Also, I just found out that carplay relies a lot on phone processing power so if the carplay is not responsive then it’s an indicator to upgrade your phone? Haha. One last thing, is it able to handle heat well like does it shutdown when it’s hot? Given it has dashcam as well, I would imagine it’s gonna be an issue with these things.

I have tested quite a few screens, that too during the extreme summer of Dubai, never experienced any issues. Though I never used it for a long duration, but I guess these are made for extreme weathers around the world

It does not have a radio app, but you can play radio via Carplay or Android Auto systems

I didnt face any issues when I tested it. Try restarting your mobile and resetting the screen. On your mobile, try forgetting some of the BT devices not in use

That's because the carplay is on your cell phone if you bluetoothed it, read the screen or watch a video...
