Don't even need a toy boat. The volume of water is too great, so it won't float, or 'sail' anywhere. It'll just be forced down, and 'sink into the drink'. Just a DEPTH gage and sonar attached to a BLOODY LONG fishing line, or rope.... The ONLY way they'll find out is if they dammed up the river & drained it to below the entrance of where the water enters. Pretty sure those ping pong balls will pop up faster than they popped out, of .......... in "Pricilla Queen of the Desert"!! 😂 😊✌🐨

@@andysmith1996 Send a diver down where? The video reports the river splits. It doesn't report that part of the river goes into a sink hole.
@andysmith19965 жыл бұрын
@@marymckinney4472 Well, it does. It splits at the falls and half goes into a sinkhole. The latest theory is that it just rejoins the river some distance downstream, as a couple of hydrologists measured the water volume above and some way below the falls and found they were the same. They think the dye and table tennis balls just get held down in the currents long enough to be diluted or pulverised.

Texas (or Tejas meaning friend or friendly) is the beautifically shaped American State just before Mexico, located on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, as you head south from the Canadian Saskatchewan-Manitoba boarder. @debratwidle29945 жыл бұрын
The river spilts because of a rock formation, part of the river then rushes into the "bottomless" hole they call the Devils Kettle. They expected the kettle part somehow drained into Lake Superior which is 1/4 mile (ish) further down the river. Thats why they tried the dye, then the floating balls. Perhaps it supplies the hollow earth with nice fresh water😊
