Nope he doesn't love me he says he cares but i haven't seen him in almost a month he says that we are on a break up or a break he says that he's always busy he does help me out alot lately because of my job he says we can be friends and more but what does that even mean not sure what to do do i let everything go or do i back off and see what happens?? He said that he's ok without seeing me for a month or 2 and he doesn't have to hear from me everyday and night i love him and in love with him please help me decide what i should do

My partner does none of these things, only one he does is make time for us to see each other. He can't remember shit because he smoke weed everyday. He forget my birthday every year, even tho it's seven days before his smdh. He don't Express his emotions so idk how he feels or what he thinks about me. I only know how I feel, I'm more expressive he usually love or like what I say. I think he likes me idk.
