Peacfull ness I have been threw some things with my ex, ways he is the victim when tells it. I'm always the one who is wrong. He never takes accountability for nothing , every thing was my fault . He was h Disrespectfull to me , . I no longer talk to him cause I'm moving on he has not called me and that's good .I think cause he has someone else that's why he always try to blame me for everything. I asked him one day do u love me he said no I like me , I than said why did u lie and said that u loved me ,he than said he is not going to answer no more questions. I was with him for mine months , he gave me no respect .but I'm in peace with myself cause I'm alone happy with me myself and I .

Conflicts with family is so common, sibling rivalry too! I did live near my sister which was constantly judge, comparing and being jealous of me. I did got upset, but I never move away from her bc would takes more of me being distant of my family. I kept going, improving myself and now, we are both more mature and less competitive. I just gain by staying near my family together with this decision. So, don’t follow everything and any advice. Use your judgment and just do it if is really necessary, each case is different!

…just an update on my comment above: my sister didn’t mature at all, we just had a confrontation, she still being disrespectful toward me! My decision is to confront every single time, so i can establish boundaries. I can’t move away from her due to job security and also my elderly mom lives with me, so she is always around. This year she bully me 5X. They all can be considered moderate act of disrespect, did was not severe. But still bothers me deep down. Now I will confront with peaceful tone, bc avoid confrontation is not helping me! Note: my mother thinks that I should ignore bc is not a big deal. I told her she is wrong bc intentions either are good or bad, and if she does something with a bad intention is not acceptable. Love and peace to all.❤

@@LindiweMtimunye that is what I do. When I got better in life I helped my parents and my younger sister, putting her in college. P.s. don’t expect much back when you help a family member, just be happy that they are doing better with your contributions. The Universe will always thank you. P.S. when you help a family member make sure you don’t unable them. I never did that. Even with our help we need to do it wisely! Love and peace ❤

A great lesson that I have learned is that I cannot EXPECT for other people to love me and respect me if I do not love or respect myself! If I don't believe that I am WORTH loving and WORTHY of respect then why would I feel disappointed if others felt the same? We must FIRST love ourselves before we can truly love and receive love in a healthy way!

I sympathize with you, my friend. When I was young, I was naive and gave everything. And I was betrayed. It was very painful at that time. But at that time, I thought about how not to make the same mistake again. And then I sought knowledge and liked wise knowledge. I applied it to my life and my life changed completely. (07:12) The insight shared here about people who take others' worries lightly really resonated with me. It's heartbreaking when someone dismisses your struggles, and this video highlighted why such behavior erodes trust and mutual respect. The personal experience shared about feeling hurt when a friend brushed off serious concerns was relatable and powerful. It's a reminder that empathy is foundational to all meaningful relationships. Thank you for this eye-opening advice!

This video is truly eye-opening and provides such valuable insights for navigating relationships with wisdom and self-respect. Each point resonates deeply, especially the emphasis on setting boundaries and recognizing toxic patterns, even with close friends or family. The reminder that creating distance isn't selfish but a necessary act of self-care and preservation is both empowering and comforting. The stories shared throughout bring these lessons to life, making them relatable and actionable. It's inspiring to see how Stoic philosophy can guide us toward greater peace, personal growth, and meaningful connections. Thank you for this thoughtful content-it's a much-needed reminder to value ourselves and surround ourselves with relationships that uplift rather than drain us. Looking forward to more wisdom-filled videos! 🙌

I'm 34 years old and just now growing into learning this. I am Overjoyed that I get to learn it. But I wish someone would have taught me during my raising as a child.

Your honesty is so inspiring! 🌟 Growth can be tough but realizing these patterns is the first big step toward change. Don’t be too hard on yourself for not learning sooner-what matters is you’re learning now, and that’s powerful. Keep going; self-awareness and growth are lifelong journeys, and you’re on the right path! 💪😊

When your beliefs and who is running the country isn’t worth talking about, maybe you should not be in a relationship with that person if you can’t talk about it and be ‘equally yoked.’
