Thank you for these wonderful tips One tip I wanna suggest to you Try to mostly avoid toothpaste on face U see u are speaking about ph level and balance on skin but u should also know that toothpaste should not be used on skin because it causes an imbalance of ph level on skin our pimple and acne has to go away one day or the other so better not irritate our face trying to remove them instantly
