I totally agree! It makes no sense to me why it costs GP, especially that much. They don't make any money off it or anything since there are no progression point reset items for coins, so they're just preventing players from trying new builds and having fun this way😐

Dude you missed the most important one. The availability of servers and its effect on online gameplay. Online gameplay is just terrible if you select ‘gradually increase search area’ and if you select the nearby option the number of matched opponents is very less

Hey! You absolutely got a point there, that's probably most important as it has the biggest impact on the gameplay itself. I tried to mainly include things they could quickly change but they keep on purpose, and I guess it's not an intentional decision from them that the online gameplay sometimes feels really bad. Totally agree with you about the importance of this!

Probably because they're using dedicated servers (look how smooth co-op is) so they're trying to save money during the week when there are fewer players

Hope Silent Hill and Metal Gear make some profit so konami may try to restabilish PES or at least try to do something similar with efootball.

I mean, at the moment, they're not in the competition, EA has de football gaming industry monopoly. But at least pretend to be on it, make some better marketing and pray that the next games be succesful so that konami can be on top again.

Skipping replays! 😢😢😢 watching replays makes the game so much more immersive. Yeah not all of them need to be watched. Should be a system where both players have to press x to skip. You can at least get one replay of a nice goal you score

i agree 100% , if we can have more pack than lotery stuffs, more weekend events,p2p market , change in the match pass , and more , that should be nicer . manual runs , effective skills , less ai on defense , best defense responsive on AI corners and free kicks , limited strengh events , more responsive runs on players waiting for the ball , cursor selection is BAD too ... the +100 levelling need to stop there is scale from '0 to 100' there is no logic to go higher than 100 (or rework the scale)

Hey! If he means what I think he means, it's true that something like this is in the game and it feels pretty bad. Watch carefully when you make a long through ball over a bit of a distance, I think there it's easiest to reproduce and witness, you'll see there's a short period where your player will purposely slow down for no apparent reason.

@@maryhinge4815 That's correct, I think we're talking about 2 different things here and probably even agree on both. You're right that obviously, good players will try to avoid any kind of situation where the player is known to freeze such as long high through balls for example, which I rarely ever see when playing against high ranked players for the very reason you mentioned. I think why the initial commentator mentioned it was not because it's always necessarily unpredictable, but that it makes no sense because in reality, a player wouldn't randomly stop either.

Reset and ability issues are terrible. I think about that every time i play the damn thing. I would play a lot more if i could reset my players every time i wanted. I had to sell a lot of players that i ruined before i learned the way to transfer with dummies. And the transfer is stupid expensive too. I want to play for my trainings and then use them at ease.

That's a dragback. When running in the same direction as in the video, you hold the right stick >, and then the left stick v immediately afterwards. As far as I know, there are no skills that make this one better, at least I haven't noticed it.

Bro the gameplay is so trash that in online matches after oppo scores a goal they tend to clear the ball evertym making that u don't score,it's annoying and really puts players that are good and can play off

it might not be a very big issue for more seasoned players, but losing players accidentally by converting them into trainers or fire them is frustrating too, the fact that there's not a possibility of revert it doesnt makes sense other than Konami being greedy

The new Damn thing of Konami is the new Dynamic Balance of the Game. If you lead the game makes your Ai weaker and your Opponent's Ai stronger. To make it possible for the weaker player. The problem is that it doesn't work well. As soon as my opponent's Ai-Players become suddenly much better like Beasts everywhere on the pitch and make very very good Intercepts and amazing passes, the kickingpower of all my players become very weak even the new subs, a collision often occurs between my defenders and my goalkeeper or just between my defenders and the ball goes to the opponent's striker in front of the empty goal. It happened to me twice when passing the ball from the defender to the goalkeeper that the ball teleported through the goalkeeper and entered the net. It has happened to me many times that the goalkeeper takes a goal kick in strange directions. It feels like input lag, but it's just that my players is getting limited at some point after I take the lead even the new subs. All this happens continuously just since the last update when I am ahead of the score. Quite the opposite happens, when the opponent is much better than me Div 1 Rank 300 or better after he scores one or two goals suddenly all my players stand in the right place and their reactions become excellent, they make dream passes even from my Dmf Rijkaard to my CF Romario without being intercepted. And my opponent becomes Noob and can't make 2 right passes. I don't say this because i am losing matches no i am in div1 and i am winning but this is killing the joy of the game. I don't know if this is called script or something else, but please don't say the game is working fine.

Agree bro not so long ago I was winning 2-0 and the opponent scored in 80, 82 and 85 minutes and of course he had 3 shoots lol it's like my players have -30 to stats and also defenders create spaces for my opponent's haha. The worst thing in my case, it's not only when I'm winning. Once a year my players are just the best in the game their position, interceptions, speed everything is just perfect that's why 1 week ago I was top 88 but then Coinami smashed the button again, and you know what happened next since then I haven't played

Yes, the dynamic nerf and buff coding has been in the game ever since they started calling it efootball, so that's since 2020. It's garbage, Konami are just copying EA's model, that's all that's happening. I can still win regardless, the problem is the game just drives you potty at times. The one that really gets me is when the AI literally makes your own team mate run into you during an attacking phase of play, when that player is supposed to be making a run into space to receive the ball. It uses your own players to tackle you.

After a thousand hours into the game, I never had anything like that 0:00 happening to me. 1 - I agree 2 - I don't mind too much, since it's usually really late and I am sleeping when that happens. 3 - I agree, but I'd go one step further. Just remove the skills. It can make a footballer overpowered, and it removes the uniqueness of each one. I am ok with the mechanic, but not with the fact that you can add even more to an already great player. 4 - This should be regulated by ball controll, so it would make sense for certain players to be able to handle the ball better when receiving a pass. So I wouldn't remove it, but I would make it that better handlers can actually receive or interject better. 5 - I agree, the current status of that mechanic fucking suck 6 - Oh my god, yes! The e store sucks! 7 - I don't really mind, but I understand 8 - Never happened to me, it's hilarious 9 - I'd say remove the boosters entirely

Ola Pepe. Great video! :) I’m ignoring all the fad gameplay since last patch. Skill trainers by legacy transfer could be made more affordable, in the same chain of thought as free reset. For players who like to test out new players paying 1.25 Mio GP to skill up a player doesn’t make sense so it’s only for squad and subs. That could also be more time in game. And removing a skill should be free, you are already paying more 250k more again. That’s my 5 cents . Peace!

The biggest nonsense is that they have limited the coop mode to only 3 days a week. It's their most popular, fun game mode, and they hinder the players from playing their own game. It's unbelievable. They should not only let the players enjoy their f**ing game but also try to improve it more and more with content, purpose, achievements, competitive game modes, coop division, daily tournaments, etc. Things they have had in the past. Konami is probably the worst gaming company that has ever existed.

Really good point with the Co-op limit, I didn't think of this at all! The only possible reason I could imagine for this decision could be that they want all players playing at same time to have faster matchmaking, assuming there weren't enough players, but I honestly have no information about whether this is the case. However, I'm still pretty sure the vast majority of the players would prefer being able to play whenever they want and even if it took longer queue times, it would still be way better than having to wait for days, so your point is somewhat accurate, thanks for letting me know!

Agree on all. I guess server maintenance can be justified by Konami. But the rest 100% dude 👍🏼. As you said some communication from Konami regarding gameplay changes in each update would be appreciated. And no 8 gotta be the best example I've seen on passing being broken. The game changes pass direction 90-180 degrees quite often to create an opportunity for the other team, just sad. Or maybe it's Japanese sense of humour.

Konami don't know how to make money on the game with players actually enjoying it. Imagine they sell us "super skill item" for a dollar. With that you can manually choose the skill you want to add to the player. Same applies for position boosters, everybody would definitely spend money on it. Again, a chat feature to make the game more interesting and intuitive with your opponent. More people will stay in the game for long, and it would be competitive. Konami throw stats around and you can't feel it in the game. Owen with 96finishing misses a lot than Salah player of the week. Forlan with 97 kicking and 95finishing and all the shot skills can't score from stunning shots but does better in regular. But Law with 70kicking power and 95finishing finishes better than Forlan. Make it make sense. The physics are appalling sometimes. When a player is running towrds a through ball, it's hard to turn quickly even with 99balance of Neymar. The player kicks the ball forward before anything. You facing opponents goal, you press clear and your defender turns and play it for corner kick. Most of the time, AI is in more control than you the player. And also, players struggle to control the ball in the air and also knock on ball in the air to accelerate. Sole control skill doesn't make sense at all. Penalty kicks are only 3directions. Easier the miss than a shot outside the box. Disgusting😂😂😂 So much more. This is coming from a mobile player.

Coop mode is a disaster. No couch play, can't play randomly against other coop players. What was wrong with the old Coop mode? Only way to play random players is the event. Which disappears for half the week. 😂

Hey! It would be a really interesting approach to offer the legends in exchange for coins rather than having to gamble, I'd like that, as long as the prices weren't exorbitantly high then. The manager Alonso is a good example of this, still costs money, is the best in his playstyle, but just had a set price of 500 so everybody can make up their mind whether it's worth for them or not.

Hey! Well technically, the skill still works the same way, but since AI defending changed a bit after the second (?) last patch I think, the defender may now turn around faster many times which lets him take the ball from you, whereas a few patches ago, he wouldn't have got it that way.

None of it makes sense because it's a game designed around making you spend (play to win) like EA's FUT model. The heavy touches, players not behaving anything like their stats suggest, is all down to the in-game coding forcing outcomes at will, it nerfs and buffs players dynamically. It's no longer a football game, it's a cash grab under the disguise of being designed around e-sports when it plays nothing like an esports title. It doesn't reward skill, it's just there to ensure as many player get onboard and are addicted to it as possible, that's why a scrubby player with no rank can beat an experienced player way above them, they don't want to discourage newbies from playing online. Abysmal abomination, PES has been dead for at least 5 years now.
