I've made Araujo good at LB too because I play a CB instead of a RB and hoping to unlock his DM to full. I'll be changing Martinelli into a CF at some point too.

@Alexander24328 I'd say SS cause he can really body defenders and win you some headers plus cause of his low stamina he won't waste as much at the SS position compared to AMF

Problem now is the lack of position trainers, 1 a week is a joke from Konami never gonna get players where you want them. Lucky for me I got Rmf on Showtime Kvaratskhelia but also want Lmf. Having AMF on the Son and Salah blitz curlers would also be good for some formations. Great video 👍

Thanks. Yeah, unfortunately, that's really a problem, especially since you're never guaranteed to get what you want but might need many of them just to get 1 new position. We can only hope they change it in the future!

I have spent on NC kolo muani try to give him SS but he has now RWF and LWF. NC disassi as a RB. NC camavinga as a AMF Maybe GP Salah as a CF but I am waiting on a better version of Salah since you can't legacy transfer positions. Free France Mbappe as SS That are some picks that I want to spent them on. But for now I only used 2 of them, I am collecting and hoping Konami would change something to spend them on easier way without losing them to "already know positions".

Really cool ideas! I completely agree that being able to get known positions is horrible, but I think that's on purpose, skills work the same way, unfortunately.

I got very lucky and got ferrer for 100 coins only, tried few matches with him on cb and as expected due to his height he didnt perform too well as a cb. Ive tried to put a position booster on him and got him on dmf, but he perform good but not too fantastic on dmf for me bc of his legs pretty short. Can u pls share his build as a dmf? And what player would be a good pair for him on 2 pivot formation? Also i would like to know what skills should i use on him for a dmf. Thanks bro

The build is in the video (old manager bonus, they changed it recently, so he might even be better depending on who you use), it's 0-3-1-4-8-6-12. For skills, I would add Through Ball, Weighted Pass, Low Lofted Pass, Aerial Superiority and Header. Good thing is all of these skills are also very useful for him even if you use him as CB/RB. Only if you'd for some reason wanted to make an offensive, crossing right back out of him, you'd probably want Pinpoint Crossing, but I'd absolutely not recommend that, he is best at being defensive. A player next to him doesn't need to be as defensively focused, but can be a more balanced or offensive one, like Bellingham for example.

Nice to hear, thanks! I plan to do more formation guides in the future, but to do that I need to have enough matches/experience with them, otherwise I won't be able to provide enough footage and tactical advice. So yeah, they'll come, but it takes time😀

I do have a full recordings of a grind to division 1 using the formation that's in my oldest video, I might upload the highlights some day and check out how many people actually like to see that. Technically I'm actually not F2P, I did spend 5 bucks when the Ribery pack was available because I've always been a great fan, and when the Messi pack came out I had 800 coins and bought 100 more for 0.99 since that would give me 2 additional spins. Didn't get Ribéry, but actually did get Messi. So yeah, apart from this card, everything is free though so at least content wise it should be fine.

I think that one would actually need thorough testing, hard to estimate how it would play out exactly. In theory, he'd be a smaller, physically slightly worse and bad in the air version of big time Araújo, but with higher top speed. Now since we don't exactly have a crossing/header META, I could see him get away with being bad in air. The lower defensive awareness could hurt a bit though. In high up defences like possession or quick counter use, I think it's worth a try. There's a chance he'll have trouble with bulky forwards like Adriano, Haaland and so on. This player type isn't the most played one currently either, so I guess it's worth trying.
