I'm turned 63 this year. I feel the same. I was a loner when I was younger and now I enjoy being a loner even more so. I don't make friends with those who are annoying. I read, work in my garden and exercise in my home. I'm very happy 👍🏻

Annoying people-🤣. Same here. Your life kinda parallels mine but I’m married to a nurse. She works a lot so I’m home alone. It’s nice to have someone in my life -I’ve been a married-loner for almost 29 years now. Wow! Time flies. Retired now. Since I am a natural born-loner, I had to find a career that was highly charged and socially active. So I became a middle school teacher. Talk about annoying for 30 years. Hahha 🤣🤣

Do you have a relative to check on you occasionally to make sure you are still alive? I read that some die suddenly at Home and they are discovered months larer.
