I was recently pregnant. Had a heartbeat but fetus passed 3 days after my ultrasound. I miscarried the last 2 days when I was 8 weeks pregnant. Through out this pregnancy I had high blood pressure, overweight, and 2 large fibroids. I’m 37, and know my time is shortened in trying to get pregnant again but I am working on my overall health to get a healthy outcome from my next pregnancy. I appreciate hearing this information as it is very helpful.

I empathize with you 🙏🏼. I am 35 and we recently found out we’re pregnant. We were shocked but also excited as this was my 1st pregnancy. I was 7 weeks and spent last weekend in ER due to bleeding. We found a heartbeat but it was low & gradually since then I’ve had my hcg levels tested every 48 hours & they’ve dropped significantly. My first pregnancy resulting in miscarriage. It’s very devastating. I am now completely committed to my health. And want to give this another try in coming months. I really agree with you especially on point 2 - IVF isn't always the best option for a client, and its not a guarantee right. Great video thanks Dr Mark

Thank you for the extremely helpful video, dear Dr. Marc Sklar! I am 47 and I am trying for my second child for almost 2 years now. 2 months ago I went to HSG and it turned out that both my tubes were blocked as a sequence of my C-section 14 yrs ago. Now they are open. My AMH is 0.21 and my FSH is 8.8. Do you think I am having bigger odds to getting pregnant if I start taking your supplement (btw I am not seeing the link to it), or it's too late?

Decided to meet with a dietician and it has been great, completely changing my diet to develop a more healthier relationship with food for me (and for fertility). I realized I haven’t felt sluggish after eating, no more skipping meals at least not without a snack if needed.

What preconception books and resources do you recommend ? I struggled to conceive my first child in my 20s. I hve Ncah which is similar to Pcos . Took over a year . Sir, I am trying for 2nd child last 8 yrs last time I conceived 2017 but miscarriage after 10 day. After that again I am trying recently I diagnosed. In my TVS report two small fibroid and a very small cyst in my uterus sir please reply me can I get pregnant naturally or my AMH is 1.30. FSH . TSH all other reports are normal my age is 37 yrs . Reply me sir now I'm feeling helpless and my doctor also not clear me about my reports. Please tell me can I healthy conceive?
