Sleep & stress for me. I am doing daily meditation but work is really stressful despite changing to a supposedly less peessured ward/hospital. I need yo go back to weekly yoga as well.

I'm 37, i had a baby at 21 she was born at 24 weeks, she passed away, and while i know I'll never replace her.. i just long to be a mom again. I never got any answers about why i gave birth early, but ever since I've not had a successful pregnancy. I miscarried in August last year, and every month since around 8dpo i get a positive test but nothing sticks. I've been diagnosed with pcos in the past, and very mild adenomyosis recently, but there's no longer any cysts in my ovaries and apparently all of my bloodwork is normal 😅 i can't understand what's wrong with me.. is there even anything that can help a baby to stick and stay until term?😅

How can you improve Severe Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia? Is it true sperm quality can change every three months? my husband is going through this right now and if we can’t conceive naturally other treatments are to expensive when not covered under insurance.

All water comes in plastic bottles, how can I do to avoid that? is it that the longer they stay in the bottle or galon the worse? Would transfering water to glass container make any difference? IF it has stayed in the galon or plastic bottle already?

I agree so many things come in plastic containers. Your best bet is to use filtered water from your fridge or by attaching a filter to your tap on your sink. I use reverse osmosis water from my filtered tap in a glass bottle. Although my coffee creamer and other things I use come in a plastic bottle so it's not perfect, not worth stressing too much over. Drinking a lot of water is important though 👍 Also switched my shampoo and conditioner to Acure brand Bar soap- Dr. Bronners Toothpaste- Dr Bronners or Burt's Bees with no SLS

I have a 15 year son born in 2009,i inserted an implant in 2014 for 18 months my periods never became normal again,i would bleed every other week and gained about 20kg. I started trying to conceive in 2016 and struggling with irregular period and my doctor diagnosed me with Pcos and put me on metform. Fell pregnant in 2017 lost the baby at 9 weeks. Second pregnancy 2022 lost the baby at 10 weeks,recently 2024 lost another baby at 11 weeks. My obgyn put me on progesterone and asprin 81mg and hypertension medication cause i have high blood pressure which became uncontrollable at 7 weeks and was hospitalized for 5 days. I'm suspecting that i might have adrenal syndrome or cushings syndrome as i have a hump on the back of my neck. My doctor has tested myself??,husband and fetus for chromosomes tests. Waiting for results after 6 weeks to take to an endocrinologist. My questions is why can't stay pregnant beyond 12 weeks while my baby had a healthy heart beat at 10 weeks and my sugar and hypertension was controlled.? I weigh 126kg, height 1.65 cm and 36 year old.

Research how coconut oil can help with insulin resistance. Also, cutting down on refined carbs and sugar. It's how I reversed mine along with moderate exercise. You don't have to get a gym membership or anything. Just going on a long walk a few times a week is sufficient. Also, losing babies in the early days can be (but not always) a sign that you progesterone is low. If you haven't already getting that checked would be a good step to take then watch Dr. Sklars videos about hormones would be good. I used wild yam supplements for my low progesterone with great results 👍 I hope this helps a little. I'm just a person on the fertility journey as well and not a doctor by any means
