Teeth so white look so unnatural. My young kids with brand new teeth are not so white. Teeth are not supposed to be that colour. If you are African your teeth may seem that white but it is just the contrast. White "Hollywood" teeth is as unnatural as bright yellow teeth. Dont feel bad if your teeth dont resemble a freshly painted white picket fence in your mouth. Also, if you do all this you wont have any enamel left on your teeth, then in the future it will be even easier to keep your false teeth bright white. me too but i am getting older and am taking a medication thats no good for my teeth so im trying to rush every day now. I have to get a new hole fixed like every 6 months now but before my teeth were very strong. even if your teeth are stained you will be surprised how good they will look if you get a clean from your dentist. You can still follow some of the tips mention above but the problem is, you might also get some bacteria from a raw material. If you're tried different toothpaste or have been loyal from one product since you were young from local store and still doesn't work. If you use any type of acidic fruit, immediately rinse your mouth after with baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) and water. It will neutralize the acid so that it cannot soften your enamel. I am VERY surprised they never mentioned baking soda. It's one of the best things for your teeth and gums!! You should ALWAYS wait 30 min to brush your teeth, after eating anything acidic, because the acid in fruit, etc. will soften your enamel and brushing right after will wear away even MORE enamel.

Best toothpaste I've ever tried for whitening? Rembrandt. It's what super models and actors use so they can still drink coffee/tea/smoke and still have great teeth. It does really work, but it's kinda expensive, about 2x what a regular whitening toothpaste costs, but it's definitely worth it if you can afford it.

Whitening turmeric toothpaste from video: 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coconut oil and 2-3 drops of mint oil. Make a freshening mouthwash with 5 drops tea tree oil in a glass of water and gargle after brushing. You can make a whitening "strawberry toothpaste with smashed strawberries and finely ground sea salt, but only use once every two weeks to protect your enamel.

Believe it or not, tongue meat grows back. My wife bit off the tip of hers and it even grew back. I watched a movie when i was a kid where another kid stuck his tongue to a pole in winter, i then went to the freezer and put my tongue on the shelf. After losing some of it on the shelf, it also grew back!
