It’s hard to forget about time we screw up and brake stuff😏…but we have all done it. I was driving my grandads Kenworth up to loading station with a pole trailer fully extended….i caught the front of another man’s rig with the rear of trailer and ripped a chunk out of it. I was 12 at the time (times were different then) and still remember that sinking feeling. I ALWAYS check mirrors as result to this day and that was 48 years ago. And yeah, I had driven that conventional cab many times plus a few cabovers. Totally my fault, but the fellas truck wasn’t parked where it should’ve been and it was parked there by that guys son who wasn’t much older than me.

When you get the plates that hold the blades get them glowing hot dip into oil and temper them harder so they wont wear and then be harder than the bushing that is a problem the bushing ALWAYS has to be at least twice as soft and metal hardened or it will inevitably wear like your dealing with. Dont be scarred get your rose bud heat that steal or instead of buying new ones weld the holes closed and redrill new ones and will heat treat at same time...

Very cool to see the Deere Precision Upgrade installed. Did you know that same controller you installed and harness has the connectors available to do a Deere tippy spout? Then you wouldn't need a foot pedal and it would be integrated in your drive handle and display too. Would behave just like the factory tippy spout on X series.

Good natured remembrance reinforces the story and helps to set the memory. Human memory is based upon retelling the story. When they do this they are emphasizing the memory and hoping to avoid painful repetition of the mistake. High performing teams engage in this not to engage in negative self talk but to remember in the future when it’s important. The mind is a muscle and this is a form of muscle memory that hopefully kicks in at three am out in the corn field when they’re physically drained and mentally exhausted. I think they’re an extremely high performing team, and it’s probably one of the reasons we’re all drawn to observing them. It’s very difficult to achieve this level of psychological ownership for any organization and it’s based on genuine mutual affection, trust, and honesty. Once you have been a part of a high performing team, you’ll be chasing this white rabbit for the rest of your life. It’s amazing how much you can get from such a small interaction on a KZbin video…

Chet dougo hey yall love that old freightliner grain truck just remove the box and lift and sell it then put a fifth wheel air lines and 6 way plug n cord and put that beautiful old freight-shaker on a trailer. It will give you a triple axle to pull a grain trailer. And if it’s not that strong get it tuned. See if Tim gentry will come tune her for ya he is a KZbinr Gentry and Sons Trucking. He can tune trucks for a little more HP but keep it in the safe zone. He is not the only one of coarse but that gives you another tractor without DEF.
@gregjames50702 ай бұрын
😂😂😂😂They’d also have to either cut the frame or roll the axles back. Someone will buy it that will love to have it. I wonder how Larson’s ever became a highly successful multi generational farm without you telling them what to do with their equipment. 🤔🤡
@blackheart305182 ай бұрын
@@gregjames5070 so trim off the end of the frame that way you can ramp the end anyway. But it would make a good farm tractor. Even as a backup but why sell a good truck when with a little work it would make a good tractor and do work. Plus’s dougo loves the truck this way he gets to keep it and it’s useful. The bed would pay for a good aluminum fifth wheel.
