Trộn hồ khô rồi xịt nước vô nó trôi hết xi măng còn cát ở lại, thằng thợ dán keo silicon máng xối thì dán mặt dưới, cắt tôn thì lấy máy mà cắt ít bữa nó mục từ chỗ cắt nó phá ra.

Này là xây nhà ngoài Bắc nên thấy chỉ xây gạch thẻ đặc, ở miền Trung tôi hay thấy họ dùng gạch ống 6 lỗ, còn trong Nam thì hay dùng gạch thẻ đặc xây móng, còn xây tường thì dùng loại ống 4 lỗ

The workers are obviously skilled and dedicated however, they are not preserving their safety. They are not wearing safety boots, hard hats, ear and eye protection, or harnesses when working high up. Please preserve your safety and avoid injury.

Các anh kỹ sư xây dựng đâu rồi, cho ý kiến cái! Trộn hồ khô đổ rồi xịt nước là "chiêu" tiết kiệm thời gian của mấy ông "tay ngang". Thực tế cát và xi măng có tỉ trọng và tiết diện hạt khác nhau. Sau khi trộn đều rồi xịt nước thì lập tức xi măng lắng xuống, cát nổi lên. Tôi là dân CNTT mà tôi còn biết nguyên lý cơ bản đó, không lẽ các ông trong nghề mà các ông không hiểu chuyện đó sao mà làm kỳ vậy? Cái nhà gắn liền với cuộc sống con người, xây được cái nhà mừng mất ăn mất ngủ, mà mấy ông làm ẩu vậy mà coi được?

Muy peculiar el sistema constructivo, como la ausencia de fierros transversales, ambas losas muy buena la enfierradura. El techo, se fabrico con metalcon y tendrá muy corta duración. Y el soldador, cero prevención de riesgos, sin zapatos de seguridad, sin mascara de soldar, sin protección a la vista mientras corta con esmeril angular y trabaja en forma temeraria, algún día tendrá un accidente y y puede ser grave. I don't understand why they didn't just use a rubber membrane on the roof since it's made out of concrete anyway. Waste of useable space. That over spray on the concrete where the skylight went bothered me. Crappy workmanship. Not enough attention to detail after all that work.
