90 days into my carnivore journey and loving the results still. Definitely carrying on with it 😁
Down to 95kg. My wallet is lighter too thanks to the need to buy new jeans!

Greetings Gary! I just happened upon your video. I want to tell you it's very refreshing and inspiring! I have attempted Carnivore in the past though nit successfull, however I intend to begin again because I've seen so many testimonials and so many videos of the positive aspects of this lifestyle! Thanks Constance. I am doing what works for me and I hope it helps others find what works for them. I continue to see the benefits and just had blood taken for comparison from when I started the lifestyle. I’ll share that in my next (and possibly my last) carnivore video.

Not all Doctors. My General Practitioner seems happy enough with my decision to switch to a carnivore diet.

Plants are toxic. We need as many people as possible eating this way. The pandemic of metabolic disease is crushing to my soul to watch

Where do u buy ur steaks

I mostly buy them at LIDL. Sometimes I cut my own if I buy a chuck from the butcher.
