Hey Becky & Mark ! Just started using Ocado myself and on shop no 4 .... so much gluten free it's like Christmas all the time ! Some things to look out for .... when you shop again check out the coupons, you can get so many discounted or free items. Go to "my Ocado " look down the list for "Ocado coupons " , check out the items you can choose from there . Secondly , when you get to shop no5 you get to choose a free gift , like wine or chocolates (poor Mark !) ... I beleive the offer was within the welcome email when signing up ? I also get my dog food delivered for free along with my shopping via the "fetch " tab along the top , you can choose to add it in at the checkout stage . Did you get the free delivery for a year too ? Hope that helps ... I love Ocado , only downside is I spend too much ! Enjoy !

i shop with ocado at least once a month, add stuff you are interested in your favourites list by clicking the heart icon, then every so often go to your favourites tab and on the options on the left hand side click on offer, if you add them to your basket you will still get the offer price when you place the order even if the offer period has expired, the items are saved to your basket and they'll still be there next time you visit the site. quality is always great, they hardly ever have items missing and if you get something broken or off they refund back to your card without any qualms or hassle. (no, i don't work for them, just a satisfied customer).

I love your videos and they have helped me so much on my IBS journey but I'm curious to know, do you find that thinking about it all the time ever triggers your symptoms especially since you have a dedicated channel? I was finding at first that I was getting quite stressed about always thinking about the diet which in turn made my symptoms worse. I'm just wondering if you ever find that too, or are you at a point now where you've gotten past the initial hang ups and you can get by pretty easily?

hi, becky, mark and peggy! really interesting to me! i don't do online shopping but wish i could. the gf products in my area is spread far and wide between a lot of stores. so between my son and myself, we do all the leg and "tire" work. everything you received looked very fresh, i understand the need to do individualized packaging but it's sad to see so much plastic. however, i hope you enjoy all of the good stuff you purchased. your menu looks really good. of course, i need to look up fish pie because it's not something i've seen. hope all 3 of you are doing well, fall is coming to cental california - prolly more so in your area. take care and enjoy! ~k

I would love to see the different types of gf products you find in California! Do you find most things that you need and crave? We're all doing well thanks Karen, it's getting a bit cold now but I'm glad to have the big warm woolly jumpers out for when I'm not feeling so great! Hope you're doing well x

hi all - long time getting back to you - sorry about that. we have a fair variety of bread, bagels, hamburger & hot dog buns. some muffins, and cupcakes but that is specifically in one market (sprouts). my local store carries just udi's bread which is fair. some frozen meals, one company makes a uncured bacon mac & cheese which is good (evol) that i can get a target. target for a while carried a lot of gf products but that has been shrinking over time. as for crackers - most have to be ordered. if i lived in the s.f. bay area, i suspect more would be readily available. there are a couple of bakeries that do great gf items but one is in bay area and the other sacramento (state capital) but virtually nothing in my area. i don't know how much you see in u.s. politics but for right now, very depressed over supreme court situation. it appears kavanaugh will get the spot and shouldn't. throwing that in, uninvited - it has been weighing heavily on me today. i hope you all are doing well. i wish i was. big hugs! ~k

Hey again Becky! Yes those sweet potato chips are gorgeoussss! By the way did you know that asda do lactose free mozzarella?! It's soooo good! To be honest I find nutibrix absolutely disgusting. It's like eating paper 😭 how do you have yours? x
@BeckyExcell6 жыл бұрын
haha a lot of people have said that!! I found that you have to use absolutely tons of milk, as they absorb it like mad. With not enough it can still be quite dry!! I'll defo head to Asda and check out the lactose free mozzarella, that's awesome - thanks! x
@rmk79436 жыл бұрын
@@BeckyExcellI'll try them again with tonnes of milk. Got a practically untouched box in cupboard. The cheese is asda brand and really cheap too. Only 70p I think! Asda also had some lush lactose free squirty cream in. I really think there trying to up their game in free from x
