One of the biggest mistakes real estate agents make is not learning more about the prospect before the showing in order to paint the dream of how their life would fit perfectly in that house. So simple, yet hardly ever done. Real estate agents barely walk thru the house with the prospect. They wait in the kitchen…SMH

something to call out, selling comes in many formats, the best sales people don’t call themselves sellers, and they make 6,7, 8 figure deals that take many quarters if not years to materialize. This is all transactional rapport (the T is silent) building stuff, not bad, but this is 10% of what drives bigger deals. And honestly, I can’t imagine anybody default liking this dude😂
