I love this recipe because it satisfies my cravings for regular bread. Thank you.

I remember the first video. It was the video that sold me on subscribing to your channel. I still make the bread using the recipe. Thanks for all that you do!

Hi Mike! This is one of the nicest comments I've ever had! So you've really been watching me since way back then! Then you know how much I've struggled as an actor/director/producer/editor!!! I really do get a good chuckle watching my first videos--and even some of the newer ones! Thanks for hanging in there, eh? And stick around, there's lots more in store here on TTC!

Would love to have had one for breakfast to help soak up the yolk from the eggs, also I would lightly toast the bread. Thanks for this recipe.

This is great Tim. I will try all three. I don't like the taste of Almond flour at all so having options is perfect!!!!

Found your channel a few weeks ago, when my doc advised me to eat fewer carbs. This is the first cooking video that after watching it I immediately went to try the recipe (you had me at 90 secs in the microwave). Super easy, delicious, & satisfying (I made the coconut variation). Awesome job!!!

You have a doctor that suggests fewer carbs? That's awesome!

no microwave at the moment, so what would be a likely time and temperature for a conventional or toaster oven?
@TIMTalksCooking4 жыл бұрын
Hello 1234cheerful! Try 350 F (175 C) for about 10 minutes or so in a conventional or toaster oven and use a Pyrex or other ovenproof dish. Hope this helps!
@1234cheerful4 жыл бұрын
@@TIMTalksCooking That should do it, thanks! I'm coming across so many good microwave breads since mine died. I look forward to trying this one, if conventionally.

That looks good. I am going to try the lupin flour one because I need to find uses for it. So the coconut flour bread had 1 tablespoon of flour and the other two had 3 tablespoons of flour? I am just curious. I am not a fan of coconut flour unless it is mixed with something else.
@TIMTalksCooking4 жыл бұрын
Hi Olivia! Hope you like the lupin flour bread! As for your question about coconut flour, one tablespoon is the equivalent of three tablespoons of almond or lupin flour or flaxseed meal (and so a teaspoon of coconut flour equals a tablespoon of the others). Thanks for this comment! I'll bet you're not the only viewer wondering about this!

That's a great viewing record Tim. It was good to see all these variations too. I agree it's often difficult to predict which videos will take off. But I can see why your 90sec bread has. It has a compelling title, it's quick to make the bread and I imagine it tastes real good. I'd be tempted to give the original video an end screen link to this one. I bet those viewers would love to see this one too... Take care and I'll catch you again very soon...👍

Hello again Margaret! Thanks for this generous comment and, especially, for the suggestion to add a card to the original videos! I just did that and wondering why on Earth this didn't occur to me before! Well, better late, I suppose, than never. À tantôt donc! Why do you COMBINE Creme of Tartar and baking soda ?
@DanielosVK4 жыл бұрын
Baking soda is alkaline, cream of tartar is acidic. Together they give a nicer rise
@TIMTalksCooking4 жыл бұрын
Hiyas! Well, you don't have to do that ahead of time. In this case, you could add 1/4 teaspoon of each separately, but I do a lot of keto baking, so I like to have it mixed up and ready to go. Thanks for this question!

My pleasure, Tomtom! You know, most commercially-produced baking powders contain high-carb ingredients like corn starch and other undesirable ingredients, so making your own out of simple things you have in your cupboard really makes sense!

Is there a story behind the picture of Jack Benny?
@TIMTalksCooking4 жыл бұрын
Hi Denese! Well, sort of... I'm crazy about radio comedy from the 1930's and early 40's, so I have pictures of Jack Benny, Fred Allen, Eddie Cantor, George Burns & Gracie Allen on the walls of my office.
